right now, my stomach is bothering me a bit… and something pulled in my lower back about 20 minutes ago.

i really didn’t want to workout this morning.. not tired; lethargic.

yep; just moved. lower back is in pain.

so… what am I grateful for?

  1. the opportunity to challenge myself physically when i’m not feelin’ it
  2. a healthy day’s work
  3. healthy eating
  4. listening to some great music
  5. and the honor to hear one of the best rages about BLM I’ve come across – it is really worth a listen
