right now, my stomach is bothering me a bit… and something pulled in my lower back about 20 minutes ago.
i really didn’t want to workout this morning.. not tired; lethargic.
yep; just moved. lower back is in pain.
so… what am I grateful for?
- the opportunity to challenge myself physically when i’m not feelin’ it
- a healthy day’s work
- healthy eating
- listening to some great music
- and the honor to hear one of the best rages about BLM I’ve come across – it is really worth a listen
