Tonight I am grateful for lightening up… enjoying flirtatious banter; being a bit vulnerable. Feeling the pain when it hits – and letting it go when it quits.

It is all part of this wonderful roller coaster called life… (Anyone remember the movie, Parenthood?)

And as I think of “Lighten Up” tonight, i think of the lightness of being… and drifting up to heaven.

I’m grateful for all who do, and support me to, take it lightly.
