I am grateful for the very local Almonte Spa in Mill Valley.

I have some chaos going on with my epidermis. It’s been going on for a while… too long.

I’ve been to western doctors; eastern doctors. None have really given me a diagnosis about the cause that resonates with reality. An none of given me a cure.

Two doctors recommended infrared light therapy.

Well, Almonte Spa has an infrared spa—and quite reasonably priced. So, today was my third session there.

If nothing else, I shall have some toxins sweated out of my body.

So, I am grateful for this therapeutic spa so close by: positive and supportive people and environment there.
