This past weekend was spent in the heat of the Arizona Desert, working with a client in the Phoenix area. They went live with implementing a new warehouse management system. They are a large production bakery with several lines running at the same time, making different types of baked goods. I was only with them for about a day and a half, testing the system and training users how to manage their tasks on the new system versus the old one.
I am glad that I was there to help and support their team. I am grateful that there were not any major glitches that prevented them from producing their products. Test it, plan for it, and then execute it.
