Dr. Dr. Please….
In December I went to see a holistic medicine doctor, a chiropractor by license, but one who practices whole health holistically. He pretty much hit the nail on the head regarding my health back in December. He gave me a couple of powders to put into a shake, to be consumed daily, and one pill…

“Sippin′ lean, clichĂ©, I still do it anyway
Red or purple in the cup, which one shall I pick today? Ayy, ayy

Siblings
Today is my youngest sister’s birthday. I speak with my brother almost every week day. My other sister was on her way home. I spoke with all three of them today. I am blessed… and grateful (’cause if I don’t actually use the word in my post, I hear about it from my brother).

Early to bed
I am grateful i am going to bed early tonight. I’m not sure what is going on; my energy is very low today.

From what I understand the coasts of Oregon and Northern California were hardest hit on the West Coast of the United States. Fortunately, Southern California, where my partner has her boat, was not…
One Step
I am grateful that my partner in crime, Marc Wendt, did his accountability… so that I remained doing the artwork for today’s episode of Moped Outlaws. I enjoyed doing it. I like the outcome. And of course, I am grateful for Martin Luther King Jr., who showed a man can be human, and still represent…
