I have been a rabid fan of Mr. Macdonald’s brilliant comedic genius.

He continually created obtuse environments, rich in humor – skewed looks at reality.

And most important of all, he broke the rules. Not because he wanted to create trouble… No, I think it was because he knew the rules create trouble.

And ultimately, he wanted people to be happy.
