I am grateful for support… more specifically, feminine support. It tends to listen better.

As you may—or may not know—I am part of the podcast Moped Outlaws. It is important to me. It can be accessed via almost every means of accessing podcasts that I can think of; including Spotify. As show creators, we have an ADMIN dashboard that I use to upload video for the show. We really only use the video for YouTube and Spotify.

Well, this morning, the dashboard was hosed… not working; just a white screen.

I contacted Spotify support several times via their chat. It was only on the last one that a woman was the support person. She listened to what I believed was the issue, checked—sure enough, she solved it. She was patient, supportive, and most importantly—effective.

I am certainly grateful for her.
