A couple of weeks ago one of my business partners purchased the book, You Can’t Hurt Me, by David Goggins. She said that I could read the book before her if I wanted to. In case you did not know, I am into any literature that will help me become a better person. So I started reading. I cannot put this book down! If you do not know who David Goggins is, he is a BAD ASS!!!! If you think that you are all that, this man will shame you. He won’t shame you because he knows that he is bad ass, he will shame you because he knows that you are not working to achieve your full potential.

Reading the story of his life, from childhood to when the book was written, is very inspirational. It reminds me of Napoleon Hill’s statement, “If the mind can conceive it, the mind can achieve it”. There are things that I still would like to accomplish in this life and I believe that I will.

I am grateful for people like Mr. David Goggins, who are willing to share their victories as well as their failures with the world. I am grateful for the mentors and coaches that help push me through my failures and also allow me to applaud my successes. #canthurtme
