I am grateful for the real person that looked at my case and decided in my favor.

Especially as this was my second attempt at a hearing—I think my first attempt was an automated response… as the evidence I provided was pretty clear.

But, yeah… I am grateful to the real person the reviewed my case and reversed the fine.
