I like to criticize our government for their ineptness every now and then; but today the Department of State worked flawlessly and with smiles on their faces and I received a renewed passport the same day that I turned my old one in.  I needed to do this today because I am traveling internationally this weekend.  My old passport actually expires on the day that I travel, so I needed to expedite the renewal and picking up of the new one.

So today I am grateful for all of the smiling faces at the Western National Passport facility in Tucson Arizona and the wonderful job that they did today.
