I am grateful for my health tonight; it is coming back.

I know one day I shall expire. Don’t know when. Don’t know how.

But, man, this last week… really gave me some insight into the possibilities of what might be when I check out.

It is wild how pain plays in the mind. It truly changes outlook and character.

So, amongst all the other things that I am grateful for — which includes the opportunity to experience intense, consistent pain; the opportunity to learn to manage myself in such an environment (and I am sure just the surface was scraped) / it is amazing what one is willing to give-up and let go of when in pain — I am grateful for my health… tonight might be a full night’s sleep. #noregrets
