When I was much younger I used to think that I did not ever want to be an old man; and Sixty was old, so I thought. Today I toured an apartment at a 55+ facility. It was a nice place and all of the residents that I met were all friendly, cheerful people. I could live there. The really cool thing about all of this is that because it is a senior facility, 55 or older, the rent for it is about $300 less than other comparable apartments in structures that are not 55+.

So today I am grateful that I am getting older…. I just don’t have to act like it.
