You are not alone; and neither am I

I am grateful knowing that at work, at home and in life, I am not alone. If my problems feel great, there is someone that I can council with that has either endured what I feel or can help me see it differently; maybe it isn’t so bad.

Since coming to work for The Academy of Our Lady of Peace, I do sit in a chapel, praying, more often than I normally would. I ask the lord for guidance, amongst other things. I ask that I may grow to be a conduit of the light and love that the lord provides. I ask for guidance on how I can make the world a better place for all to live. I walk out of the chapel feeling a little more peaceful and serene; so if somebody happens to chisel at my tranquility, I take a deep breath and do my best to be the love and peace.
