I am very grateful for the people who have helped progress forward in my life, both personal and professional.

I am grateful for my health; every time that I have been tested for Covid-19 the tests have been negative.

I am grateful that I live in a country that even though all of the citizens do not agree with each other, or our government, we are able to voice that opinion.

I pray for the people who live in Ukraine, may they find peace in their country soon, under their own form of government.
