Recently a person that I work with was spotted on the local news channel speaking out against the raids that are being performed by the ICE teams; another person texted me and asked if this is the image that we, as an organization, wanted to present to the public. The only answer that I could give was: “The beauty of living in the United States of America is that we have the freedom to voice our opinions without persecution.” As long as the person was not wearing or mentioning our organization, they have the right to do whatever they want on their own time.

We may not be the best country in the world, but our founding fathers had the correct premise for what they wanted to be established; government by the people. I believe that we are a long way gone from that, but that is my opinion and I am able to voice it freely.
