In life and business I am a self described Ready, Fire, Aim type of person. I am very fortunate and grateful to have people in my life who help me focus on the target, sometimes they are able to help me focus before I squeeze the trigger. I am learning, yes in the latter years of my life, that slow and steady sometimes works out better than the quick draw. Imagine that, is you slow down enough to think about a situation you may actually make a solid decision.
I am grateful that I am taking the time to improve my golf game. I am learning that for me to improve my game I need to slow down my tempo when swinging the club. When I slow down, I keep my head down and focus on the ball I actually will hit the ball straight. So I am grateful that I have a coach who is patient with me and I am grateful that I am able to take some lessons that I am learning on the golf course and apply them to the rest of my life.
