Push past your own mental illness, precrastination. Put on some rock and roll, groove and be productive. This week the music has really helped me to get things done. Pushing myself in exercise and work. The beginning of the week it was some funky jazz, yesterday it was new wave from the 1980’s and today, we went back to the beginning, listening to The Buddy Holly channel on Sirius Radio.
I am grateful that there is always good music to help me along. I am grateful that it has been a productive week.
