Today, my boss called me and brought me to the matt regarding one of my subordinates. I am grateful that I stood up for my subordinate and for me; that my understanding was different than what my boss thought. It was a learning moment for me, but my boss understood what I was saying as well. It was not confrontational but a learning moment for us both. COMMUNICATION!!!!

I was able to go swimming twice this week, it was nice and I feel good. I would like it to be more than two days, but life is busy. Yep, that is an excuse. I am grateful that I recognize that as well.

Today is Steven Tyler’s birthday. I bring this up because my brother used an obscure Aerosmith song on his last post. Old Aerosmith….well all Aerosmith is good. I am grateful for that as well.
