Yep, that is what I am grateful for. My work ethic and the work ethics of the people that I am partnered with.

I am grateful that I do not mind doing a job the best that I can or even step it up to be even better. I expect the best from myself, so I expect others to be the same way. It is not always how it happens, but I am grateful for mine.

Now if I could just be compensated for that ethic.
