Today I had my annual physical checkup and according to the doctor I am healthy, all indications are that I am healthy. I will need to see what the lab results come back with, but the doctor says I am healthy. So all of the officiating of soccer, eating somewhat healthy and swimming and exercising seems to be doing something good for me.

I am grateful for my health and I look forward to another healthy year.
