Today my day began at a client’s facility at Five-Thirty in the morning; I then drove to Forty miles south to attend school for five hours. I finished my day by sailing in a race that was held in Long Beach. It was a very good day and I am glad that it was the longest day of the year. SUMMER TIME IS HERE!!!!!

This is my favorite time of the year. I am grateful that I was encouraged to sail in this evening’s race. Out of seven boats, my skipper and I came in fourth place. Not bad for a seventy-three year old lady skippering our sailboat, working with a crew member who has never raced. I love the summer and being on or near the ocean during the summer, let the days remain long.
