Today I am grateful for the leaders who have taken the time to teach me and others, how to be good leaders ourselves.  The ability to look at desperate situations and plan a proactive plan, rather than reacting; is a priceless trait.

It really goes back to the statement, that the way that you react will determine if a situation is bad or not.  When you see a lack of leadership, it can be frustrating, especially when you are not in a position of empowerment, yourself.  This does not mean that you should stop being a leader.  This is a time to step up and lead the ground troops, through encouragement and support.  Listen to what your peers and employee’s are saying; digest the information and lead them on.
