What do you fear and why? What is the worst thing that can happen when you actually face that fear? If it is falling off a twenty story building, I can understand that fear; but if it is calling an old friend that you had a falling out with…..what is the worst thing that will happen? Your friend won’t talk with you? Okay; nothing really changes.
A very good friend and I were having a discussion this morning, regarding our comfort zones. We both believe that our comfort zones are always expanding, because we believe that pushing your comfort zone, expanding it, will help you become more successful.
It is not always easy to face my fears; but I have stated it before, when I do, my fear is usually greater than the reality. I am grateful for some of my fears; the people who help support me in facing them and finally facing them and expanding my knowledge and my comfort zone.
To our successes and to a better world, for all to live in! I am truly grateful!!
