Today I am grateful for the honesty that I ask for; and the honesty that I am given.  Today I asked for some honest feedback from a small group of people and that is what I was given.  If my ego wasn’t in check, I may be liver deep into a good bottle of Scotch right now.  Fortunately, I have learned how to check my ego at the door.  The honest feedback that I received, was brutally honest.  The good news is, it will make my company much better, if I listen to what I was being told; analyze it and decide how to use it to make a change for the better.

I am grateful for great business associates, who are also, because of our honest relationship, great friends as well.
